What Makes this Retreat for you?

As the physical body ages, it of course changes and each phase of life has it’s own keys. Knowing this is the first step to learning how to work with these changes instead of fighting against them.

There are so many things we can learn and use for this!

Above all, it’s often dismissed and ignored that an essential factor to human life is to have fun. Actually, more and more research are showing that having good, healthy fun is an important factor to keep an higher level of stamina.

As life becomes ever more fast paced and serious, we often forget how to do something so simple like smile, laugh or have fun.

That is why we have created this retreat!

Description

Throughout the retreat, we will bring to light exactly how the practice of yoga and Prana flow can boost your energy, and allow you to feel light and excited for life!

We will then harness this knowledge and use it to shape and mold the reality that is yet to come. Yes, I can assure you it’s exactly like this!

Throughout many years of teaching various Yoga practices, I have been able to observe people become attached to negative habits and beliefs.

These habits are programs that we run on a daily basis and unfortunately what many people don’t realise is, we can be reprogrammed.

It is not necessary to have any previous experience, all that is required is a passion for self-growth and an open mind in order to raise your vibration.

Each day the program includes:

  • Morning and evening Yoga practice & Meditation

  • Excursions or Activities with the intent to really enjoy the moment

  • Daily energy practice to cleanse and empower your own energy field

  • Practice of Aqua Gym or Aqua Prana session in the pool

  • 4 days free time at the beach from 12am to 5.30 pm with transportation

  • Excursion or yoga practice on outdoor amazing places

Plus:

  • A rich and tasteful vegetarian food experience created by our private chef

  • 7 days with instruction in English

The organizer also speaks: Spanish, Italian, French

Program

Although the schedule does have a degree of flexibility, the days will be planned as follows:

Arrival day:

5.30pm - Arrival meeting and settling in with refreshments.

6:15pm - First Yoga practice

8:00pm – Welcome Dinner followed by getting to know each other

A Sample day:

8.00am – Yoga Practice and Meditation.
9:30am - Breakfast and free time
11:45am – Aqua Prana session or Gym in the pool
1:00pm - Break for lunch and free time

Afternoon program:


(Will vary between being at the Villa or outdoor or free beach time)

4:00pm-Discussions and teaching
5:00pm - Tea break and free time

 

Evening:

 

6:30pm - Yoga Asana practice
8.30pm - Dinner and relax
9pm (optional) evening event

Special events will vary from day to day depending on the day.

These may be beach Yoga sessions, Volcano excursion, hiking, sunset Yoga sessions etc

Teacher: Tatheena

Tatheena started her journey in 1985 with her first training. She has specialised over the course of 30 plus years on Tibetan Pulsing Yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga, Channelling, Reiki, massage, meditation, and gymnastics.

She started daily practice of mediation in 1992 after connecting with a Tibetan Lama while she was living in Mexico.

Life took her to India for further deepening of Ayurveda, the art of massage and Yoga.

In following years, she started to work as a professional in the field and helping people on their journey.

In the early 2000s she opened up a wellness space in her Agriturismo in Tuscany, close by Florence and deepened her professional skills.

She started to offer Tibetan Pulsing Yoga events and workshops which were focused on improving one’s health and past baggage.

She was invited to many retreats in Tuscany to offer her very specialised work.

She then also gathered much life force and spiritual experience while living in the Findhorn Foundation community in the north of Scotland and also offering her work there.

In 2016 she added to her teachings the practice of Chakra Yoga which is a very powerful technique which uses different types of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Mantra and Power). That has its roots in the ancient Tantric Yoga Traditions.

Then after living in Ibiza for a few years, she has settled in the Canary Islands and offers profound and transformational retreats in Fuerteventura and La Gomera.

She is keen to create ¨Shanga¨ in the group as she believes that group support is super important for increasing the personal growth of each participant.

Today she is a Yoga Alliance certified 500 hours Yoga instructor. In addition, she is a Complementary Health Practitioner and counsellor specialising in Ayurveda, Massage, Reflexology, Tibetan Pulsing Yoga and Reiki.

Over the years Tatheena has helped many people improve their lives by coaching them through the process of personal transformation.

She has a deep rooted passion for both teaching and guiding others on the path to discover their true selves.

Chef: Azhara

Her deep love for food that makes you happy when you eat it, is what drives her menus and creations!

​Eating should be a pleasure for the eyes, the stomach, the palate and your soul.

​Born and raised in Italy, Azhara has married into Italian cooking and the love given into each individual ingredient. Such simple but effective cooking thought via her chef Nonna is what drove the passion and the search for new flavour experiences. Her travels and the many trips to restaurants around the world showed her an array of cuisine and ingredients that shaped her international style of today.

While growing up and experimenting with dishes and flavours she also saw a different side to food, nutrition.

Via her mother, Tatheena, Azhara learned about food as medicine, food as an important key player in our everyday life and energy source and how it can help our body to perform better.

Her mums constant studies and travels for work on well being also took Azhara to places like India and opened a conversation about how food and well being are so closely mingled together.

Accomodation

About the Villa

Our private accomodation is located in a villa where the peacefulness and calm of the island can be enjoyed.

There is a huge garden, patio and heated pool for you to enjoy.

All the rooms have windows looking into the garden and will have storage for your things.

All the rooms will have mosquito nets, bed linen, towels, air fans and WI-FI.

There are 3 bathrooms available at the villa.

In this option, you will be sharing the room with another soul on the same path as you.
